Over the summer of 2008 the TDS web space, where I had the WPQA.COM & WPQA.COM web pages were unavailable. (I had my Quartzsite phone service cut off.) So temporarily, and partially, put a few things for each on a different server. Quite frankly, I never got around to making most of the links work. Now I am a customer of TDS again, the older pages are available.
